Lesion Removal & Benign Skin Treatments

 Our techniques are selected specifically to prioritize the best possible cosmetic outcome. Because we target the lesion with extreme precision, damage to the surrounding healthy skin is minimized. Immediately after treatment, a small red mark or scab will form. Provided you follow our aftercare and protect the healing skin from the sun, it typically heals seamlessly into your natural skin tone. 

 The vast majority of skin tags, milia, and minor lesions are completely removed in a single session. For larger, thicker seborrheic keratoses or deeper sebaceous hyperplasia, a quick follow-up touch-up may occasionally be required to ensure the skin is perfectly smooth and level. 

 Your safety is our absolute highest priority. Before any treatment begins, a trained medical professional will thoroughly examine and assess the skin irregularity to ensure it is completely benign (non-cancerous). If a lesion exhibits any irregular borders, asymmetrical coloring, or characteristics that require further diagnostic testing, we will safely defer the treatment and direct you to a dermatologist or your primary care physician for a formal biopsy. We only treat common, purely cosmetic benign concerns like skin tags, milia, and seborrheic keratoses. 

 The healing timeline depends on the method used, but it is generally very efficient. For milia extractions, the tiny micro-opening typically closes within 24 to 48 hours, leaving almost no trace. For liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, the treated lesion will darken, form a small medical scab or blister within a few days, and naturally flake off entirely over 7 to 14 days for the face, or up to 3 weeks for areas on the body. We will provide you with precise post-care instructions to ensure rapid, seamless healing.
